Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Assessments, Team Training, Coaching, and 360 Feedback-Forward:

The Institute for Purposeful Excellence (IfPE) team is trained and certified by MHS in EQ-I 2.0 and EQ360:  individual, team, and leadership assessments and coaching.  Our Consultants will work onsite and/or via telephone and Skype to provide the best assessment and post-assessment reviews and coaching to ensure that every individual receives a thorough overview and understanding of their EQ-I 2.0 and/or EQ 360 assessment.

In leadership development and placement, you must know why the Leaders make the decisions they do. The EQ 360 is a multi-rater measure of emotional intelligence (EI). It is designed to provide you with a complete workplace (top-down, bottom-up, and lateral) 360-degree real-time view of your emotional and social functioning. Your report combines your self-evaluation of EI with that of your workplace raters, providing you with a realistic understanding of your EI capabilities.

Your training Coach can facilitate and create a learning and team building experience that incorporates your specific requirements for a customized emotional intelligence program around your company culture, industry, and customer base.
